FRANS BAVIERA incorporates technology

FRANS BAVIERA, from Barcelona, Spain presents the Spring - Summer 2012 collection at the Gaudí runway show on Wednesday, May 11th at 21:00.

Technology: The reoccurring theme in the FRANS BAVIERA collections is the use of technology, with models wearing earphones, using ipods, telephones? All of the jackets have interior pockets, so the purse can be left at home, and to wear all of one's technological gadgets.

Last year FRANS BAVIERA presented on the runway show the highly acclaimed Bjacket, a luxurious jacket with interior pockets that don't alter the figure. The model surprised everyone by taking out the newly released ipad, and the photographs of her were published around the world.

FRANS BAVIERA RUNWAY SHOW: MAY 11th, 2011

This year, the designers Mimi and Frans Baviera will present their couture collection with a design that will be given to Lady Gaga, the queen of Pop and a couture fan. It is a Bjacket made with recycled APPLE mouses, donated from fans from our blog. By collaborating they secured an entrance to the Frans Baviera runway show. Another novelty is the presentation of our QR-code embroidered on a couture dress with Swarovski crystals. It will be the first time a QR-code is on the runway!
