Jesús Peiró

A collection inspired by a journey from East to West, both worlds influencing the play on styles and details and enhancing the femininity and delicacy of the bride.
The line features different volumes, generous flowing skirts in tulle and organza, high-waist A-line silhouettes that emphasise height and carriage, pencil lines for minimal draping and close-fitting sleeves. The most geometric options are simple with halter necks and embellished with decorated belts.
Opulent, highly-textured fabrics and juxtopositioning of rich materials create the shapes.
Silk, tulle, Mikado silk, star of the show Chantilly and appliqués with volume.
A thought-provoking ensemble of daring, sophisticated contrasts. Touches of the Orient through rich decorations and the flow and movement of gowns that offer glimpses of a different, magical world.
Finishes that give garments unusual shapes; scissor cuts, asymmetrical finishing touches, partial fabric layering enhances gowns, micro-crystals.
The collection has a marked handcrafted personality with an avant-garde outlook.
"Bathed in luminous colour, pale camellia white floods an overall view of Jesús Peiró's bride for 2012".
